Join us for our FREE week of classes Sept 13th through 19th. Members and NonMembers are welcome to try any land or water Group Fitness Class! Preregistration recommended for cycling, Les Mills programs and step classes.

Group Cycling Classes:
Only 10 riders may participate in each class.
Punch Cards are accepted with the understanding that those who "Enrolled" or purchased a class "Day Pass" have reserved bikes.

Fast 'n Furious Cycling
You only have 30 minutes to get this workout done! Let’s get on those bikes and go!!!!! Speed drills, climbs with added fast cruising will get you to the end of this 30-minute workout fast!

Body Blast Circuit
This high energy, total body workout includes different circuits of Cardio, Strength and Core Training. Improve your endurance, strength and power through a variety of exercises! Get ready to sweat! (60 minutes)

BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Strengthen and relax your body while improving your flexibility and balance! Practice Hatha Yoga and find that perfect union of calming the mind and body with rhythmic breathing, while strengthening, stretching your body in a classic yoga postures. Postures are presented with modifications for all levels; a good class for beginners to intermediate and beyond! (60 minutes)

This is a great class to get your kids moving! Children will be guided by a fitness trainer who will help them understand the importance and benefits of fitness. Classes will be a blend of track workouts, plyometrics, kick boxing, and a variety of games and sports. This program is for children 7 to 12 years old. Parents, use YOUR punch card! Classes are held in gymnasium. Maximum of 15 participants.

Silver Sneaker® Cardio Circuit 
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. If you are a Silver Sneaker member, this class is free! (You do not have to be a Silver Sneaker member to join this class.) Silver Sneaker® Muscular Strength & Range of Motion
This class is for the seniors in mind. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. If you are a Silver Sneaker member, this class is free! Silver Sneaker® Yoga Stretch
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. If you are a Silver Sneaker member, this class is free! Adult Programs:
Middle Eastern Belly Dance Classes
Are you interested in trying something new? Are you interested in trying one the fastest growing, low impact dance exercises in the country? Try Middle Eastern Belly Dance classes! These classes will provide women of all ages and sizes the opportunity to tighten stomach, hip, thigh and arm muscles, while have lots of fun. There is no prerequisite dance experience required. Dress includes loose fitting clothing or leotard and a scarf (for tying around the hips). Ladies ages 16-99 are invited to participate! Cost is $50 for each 6-class punch card. Participants interested in signing up for the class should provide their name and contact information to the NHRC front desk to be contacted directly by the instructor.
